The Civil Air Patrol is not a flying club, nor a place where someone may obtain a private license. But As the United States Air Force Auxiliary, we are tasked for the following missions: Search and Rescue, Homeland Defense, and Disaster Preparedness. Every local member volunteers his/her time and resources and is prepared thru Study of Flying/Mission regulations and the continual participation in exercises and meetings.
